You will be responsible for ensuring efficient dispatch of engineers to create high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensure service centre objectives are adhered to including compliance, health & safety, productivity, cost control, WIP, invoicing and productivity to meet or exceed the budgeted targets.

You will be responsible for controlling daily delivery plans, managing drivers and vehicles during live operations, responding to issues as they arise, and ensuring customers are kept informed. The role requires calm decision-making, strong organisation, and the ability to prioritise under pressure.

You will be commissioning new equipment and systems installed on client’s sites, attending CFAT’s, carrying out routine service and repairs on client’s existing equipment and responding to breakdowns.

You will also be training the client’s operators on new equipment.

You must demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and be able to retain knowledge and information provided throughout training.
