You will be working as part of a team responsible for keeping the site running smoothly and efficiently. Duties of the Loading Shovel Operator will include: Operating a loading shovel to move and load materials Loading bulker lorries, hoppers, shredders Site housekeeping and bay emptying

You will manage all pre-departure arrangements, act as the main day-to-day contact for group organisers, and ensure bookings, finances and documentation are handled accurately and on time. Working closely with the Head of Private Groups and the Operations team, you will own the journey from confirmation to departure, ensuring nothing is missed.

You will be responsible for safe and efficient forklift operations across both the warehouse and the yard, ensuring materials are moved, stored, and loaded correctly.

You will be responsible for the day‐to‐day co‐supervision of the FM services and will be the customers' point of contact for any FM related issues, using a trust vehicle (you must hold a valid UK full driving licence).

You will support the management of all the FM Assistants.

You will also work alongside the sales and wider project teams to provide technical client support and help with updating specifications and technical drawings. Candidates with Modular, Construction or Temporary Structure Project Management and Process Leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
