You will be based at our office in Macclesfield and will spend some of your timevisiting clients property with occasional overnight stays away.

You will also be required to attend training and continuing professional development events such as workshops, seminars, and conferences from time to time.

You will engage with tenants to ensure the smooth delivery of required works in terms of time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will also be required to independently manage contractors and consultants, lead on project delivery from scoping through to completion and ensure compliance with legislative standards including HHSRS, Decent Homes, and Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation).
