You will have customer experience and a strong administrative background, ideally with knowledge of housing retrofit. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential to further establish and maintain effective team working and develop partnerships. Highly competent in IT, especially Word and Excel, and ideally familiar with the Government's retrofit programmes.

You will need to be able to travel across the Kendal area and sometimes further, and this role may include some evening and weekend activity. What can we offer you! You will work particularly with patient's who have been stepped up or down to the Eden Unit.

You must be aged 21 or over - Formal qualifications such as: - Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI) - Community Interpreting - NRPSI, CIOL, ITI registered is advantageous - Degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages - Any other interpreting related qualification
