You will play a key part in shaping processes, supporting colleagues across the business, and ensuring the finance function continues to develop effectively. Key responsibilities include: - Managing and mentoring a small finance team - Overseeing all daily accounting activities including bookkeeping, reconciliations and reporting

You will hold overall operational responsibility for the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

You will lead and develop your team, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive positive outcomes for those you support.

You will be promoting a caring environment which provides residents with a high standard of care.

You should be making sure that residents are being treated with the best care possible and that the home is fully compliant with CQC.
