You will conduct complex assessments of individuals’ needs and circumstances.

You will develop and implement comprehensive care plans and deliver targeted interventions to support individuals in managing their needs. Additionally, you will work collaboratively within a team that covers half of the Borough and undertake assessments face-to-face in a hybrid working environment.

You will be responsible for providing advice to external and internal clients, and will be involved in multi‑disciplinary projects, often taking a central coordinating role. Being responsible for developing our rail‑focussed service offering in one of the following areas: rail, light rail, freight, local authorities.

You will have the opportunity to be involved with bidding for new work.
