You will work with pupils requiring additional support due to ASD, ADHD and behavioural needs, providing in-class and 1:1 support.

You will drive participant numbers, deliver an outstanding supporter experience and grow income and longer-term supporter commitment.

You will proactively collaborate with colleagues within the organisation to maximise product performance and work to increase life-long supporters through both financial and non-financial routes.

You will undertake Control, Instrumentation and Electrical works – including installation, testing, commissioning, and fault finding within new and existing MCC’s, industrial instrumentation, analysers, motors, actuators and all other equipment used in the automated control systems associated with RSE products and those used by clients in Water, Chemical Dosing and Petro-chem industries.

You will undertake assessments, deliver 1:1 sessions, support group work and ensure a therapeutic, safe and calm environment for guests. Your work will focus on helping people reduce distress, build resilience and connect with ongoing support.

You will work in one of our stores, reporting to the Store Manager.

You will develop clear engagement strategies and plans with the support of the Head of Policy & Public Affairs, focusing on nurturing our relationships with MPs and Peers.
