You will oversee the daily coordination of drivers, routing, deliveries, warehouse processes, and service levels, ensuring that customers receive the highest standard of delivery performance. The successful candidate will bring a strategic, forward‐thinking mindset combined with a hands‐on approach, offering strong leadership and structure within a busy, fast‐paced environment.

You will need to be extremely well organised, have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), be able to use your own initiative, work to deadlines and follow instructions closely and accurately.

You will be working with and have the support of an experienced Operational team to provide the necessary support. This core role will focus on identifying, sourcing, developing and securing new business opportunities with customers who are importing and exporting goods across border via Road Freight.

You will report directly to the Business Unit Director for Northern and Western Europe, based in France. Key responsibilities:

You will also manage new orders, provide service assistance in cooperation with the service manager, spare parts network, and support team in the French HQ.

You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.

You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.
