You must Plan routes as cost effectively as possible - Plan routes in line with WTD and Drivers Hours

You will be working with the Manager to ensure that all vehicles are in compliance with company standards - Perform and correctly implement General Administration, e.g. costing, agreeing charge rates with contractors, queries in accordance with the companies' requirements.

You will be delivering freight across the UK, often spending nights away in your vehicle.

You must hold a valid Class 1 license to operate articulated vehicles.

You must have valid documents confirming your eligibility.

You will have built an optimization model using MILPs, heuristics, decomposition, or other methods (big focus on linear optimization, not so much on non-linear). In terms of skills you should have strong working experience with optimization solvers (e.g. Gurobi, Cplex, FICO Xpress optimization or other).

You will be supported by an excellent clinical team, and a well structured management team. Salary: Depends on experience We pay you CPD time, MDU membership included and annual DDRB consideration. BMA model based contract. Regular time protected for Clinical meetings and GSF/MDT meetings
