You will support pupils to overcome barriers to learning, celebrate their successes, and make a positive difference to their education and personal development. Working alongside teachers, you will provide classroom support on a one-to-one and small group basis, help prepare learning resources, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

You must be committed to child protection and have a solid understanding of safeguarding practices to ensure a safe, nurturing environment.

You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in both written and spoken English.
