As a Machine Operator your responsibilities will be:Stay hands-on with the machinery— spotting potential faults, investigating issues and problem solving to prevent downtime.

You will plan and coordinate machines and changeovers, monitor line performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage stock control for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring everything is in place to meet production schedules.

You will also lead and support the production team on the shop floor.
