You will diagnose repairs accurately, carry out remedial work, and ensure communal areas are well-maintained through preparation and decoration tasks. You will also be required to have a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.

You will be joining a small finance team, with support already in place, and external accountants retained for statutory reporting.
