You will work independently, but also in collaboration within the team as well as with editors and art directors.

You should display knowledge of industry standard photo editing tools including Photoshop and Fotoware.

You must also have a proven track record and experience of working well under pressure, are able to quickly pair photos to stories and are skilled at processing imagery.

You must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. This role involves working across multiple brands, each with distinct style guides and voices, so adaptability and versatility are essential. On a weekly basis, you'll write compelling copy, edit scripts, select jokes, respond to reader emails, and commission artwork as needed.

You will be responsible for writing engaging content to suit all our brands, pitching news stories and interviews that work for the various titles but also spotting the opportunities where that content can be shared.

You will have an NCTJ or degree and evidence of relevant career history.

You will work within a wider team in an innovative health-focused publishing company that offers hybrid working and a central London office.

You will be part of a collaborative editorial team committed to producing high-quality, data-driven journalism that makes a real difference.
