You will play a key role in developing innovative engineering and temporary works solutions, leading a team of engineers and sub agents, and driving safe, high-quality and commercially successful delivery.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, Agent, commercial and planning teams, and act as a key interface with the client and supply chain.

You will manage relationships with important stakeholders including MPs, councillors, the Housing Ombudsman Service and local authorities.

You will lead by example and be confident in your ability to diagnose repairs and specify remedial works using the NHF schedule of rates.

You will oversee the full running of the contracts including: program planning/scheduling works; KPI monitoring/performance improvement; management of health and safety; and managing a direct workforce of Contract Managers, Supervisors, Multi Trade Operatives and Admin/Planning Team.

You will lead backend, full-stack, and front-end engineers as part of a growing innovation unit. This role is ideal for a technically strong leader who thrives in complex, fast-moving environments and enjoys solving hard problems. Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software and QA engineers.

You will play a key role in maintaining the building’s mechanical, electrical, and fabric systems, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for all users.

You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
