You will review customer complaints and ensure the right action is taken to resolve these.

You will review RAMS for all works to be delivered on the gravity sewer network.

You will support significant incidents (pollution / flooding) and support field-based teams to incident manage the situation.

You will be required to drive as part of your role and you will need to have a full driving licence, with no more than 3 points, to be considered for this position. Develop early-stage solutions for improvements and renewals, including compiling supporting documents, evidence, and option reports for value management.

You will attend our Head Office in Walsall Monday - Friday, where we will coverall things HomeServe, health and safety and provide you with your tools and equipment

You will be buddied up with an experienced HomeServe Plumbing Engineer

You will lead on-site teams to deliver safe, well-maintained, and professional environments, ensuring maintenance, cleaning, and security standards are upheld at all times.

You will foster a service-led culture where customer satisfaction is central to every decision, monitoring feedback closely and implementing improvement plans where required.

You will play a crucial part in getting vehicles safely back on the road, representing a leading name in the automotive industry.
