You will oversee a team and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring processes are effective, inclusive, and aligned with best practices. In this role, you will develop recruitment strategies to meet workforce needs, enhance the candidate experience, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and data protection standards.
