Manager of Operations jobs in Cambridgeshire

You will line manage the Heads of Department across your remit, hold budgetary and commercial responsibility for their activities, and lead delivery of the College's 5-Year Catering Business Plan.

You will have a track record in health and safety and risk management and experience of major building or capital projects.

You will bring senior leadership experience from within the leasing and fleet management or a related market, along with a strong customer-focused approach and the ability to balance critical thinking with operational delivery.

You will be comfortable using data and insight to support decision-making, improve processes and identify opportunities for growth.
