You will have the ability to work on your own initiative with a minimum of supervision. This role is extremely varied allowing you to gain extensive product knowledge and experience. Ideally you will have previous experience in the spares industry, but more importantly, you will have the right attitude and enthusiasm with ambition to take ownership of your own success.

You will survey, scope and manage a team of Trades involved in the restoration and reinstatement of properties in London and surrounding areas (south of the River). This is a hybrid role, a driving licence is essential and you must be willing to travel.

You will be a resilient, hands-on operator with a drive for action, who keeps a cool head when faced with competing demands, making the critical decisions that have the biggest operational impact!

You will be accountable for employee engagement, performance, and building a high-energy, inclusive culture.

You will be a confident, driven sales professional who enjoys working as part of a team. You’ll ideally bring: - Proven success in delivering sales revenue

You will be responsible for achieving the highest sales possible, whilst ensuring an efficient and co-operative working environment. Our Assistant Store Managers are passionate about doing well, driving high performing teams to deliver excellent customer service.

You will also receive an additional London allowance of up to £2,960 depending on location
