You will shape how our engineers build, test, release, and monitor software, ensuring frictionless workflows while keeping ownership of business logic, test quality, and development practices firmly with the product engineering teams.

You will document how teams currently work, identify opportunities for automation or augmentation using AI agents, and then design and build scalable AI agent applications and tools that can be reused across teams.

You will help shape a new way of working with AI agents at scale, driving adoption across teams through workshops, training sessions, and hands-on enablement.

You will support the configuration, administration, and continuous optimisation of our key technology platforms, including SaaS applications, no-code/low-code solutions, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
