You will be responsible for delivery of the Engineering Scope of work on one or more of our portfolio of avionic development projects.

You will be responsible for meeting project requirements within cost and schedule constraints through detailed planning and monitoring the execution of the programme.

You will be given the opportunity to apply your experience and proven technical aptitude in a new and interesting environment, becoming a key member of the software engineering community.

You will be responsible for requirements analysis, design, implementation and verification of embedded Avionics software components.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to investigate production and quality issues, identify root cause and implement robust design and tooling solutions that support manufacturability, quality and long-term process stability. Responsibilities as an Design Engineer in Whitstable.

You will ideally be qualified in hardware, electronics or an electronic systems engineering discipline. Some experience in the defence, avionics, aerospace or naval systems industry would be preferred but is not essential.
