You will be part of a multi-disciplined team of Engineers covering a 24hr operation, providing support to the site teams to ensure compliance with company legislative requirements, educating, developing, and inspiring team members towards betterment and achievement.

You will drive Engineering activities towards world-class performance; make continuous improvement standard practice.

You will be required to make sure machines are working to full capacity, adhere to high levels of health & safety as well as complete general maintenance duties. Skills required for an Maintenance Engineer / Team Manager:

You will take ownership of customer projects from order through to installation, turning client requirements into engineered door solutions that can be manufactured, installed and signed off first time.
