You will be trusted to help shape the sales approach, not just deliver against it. This role will offer you the chance to participate in machinery design reviews and engineering meetings ensuring that all products are meeting customer, company and industry standards.

You will play a vital role in process optimisation, tooling design, and production support, collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a hands-on engineering background in high-mix environments, is passionate about precision engineering and lean manufacturing, and shows commitment to continuous improvement efforts.
