You will work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and external design teams to optimise workflows, support NPI, resolve technical issues, and drive cost-effective process improvements. Key Responsibilities - Create and maintain manufacturing documentation - Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T

You will ideally have NPI and Lean manufacturing experience

You will have knowledge of CNC or 4/5axis programming - Any experience in aerospace or automotive will be considered beneficial but not essential - Looking for a long term permanent position

You will work closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality to troubleshoot issues, optimise workflows, and introduce process improvements that reduce waste, enhance productivity, and control costs.

You will receive 33 days holiday per year which includes a Christmas closure
