You will take ownership of a varied client portfolio, oversee workflow across the practice, and act as a key point of contact for both clients and junior staff.

You will manage jobs end-to-end, ensuring deadlines and standards are met, while supporting and developing junior team members.

You will have improved margins and lead sizeable teams in wholesale or trade-supply environments (building materials / technical products etc.). A key priority will be developing and executing a structured sales strategy to deliver profitable growth, increased market share, and stronger customer relationships.
