You will support the Managing Director directly—managing diaries, prioritising workflows, preparing for meetings, and arranging internal and external engagements.

You will also take ownership of office operations, events, colleague incentives, onboarding processes, and governance administration including minute‑taking for management team meetings and Board meetings.

You will bring our brands like Spontex, Sistema, Contigo to life across various communication channels, develop and deploy consumer promotions, and lead the integrated planning process to ensure excellent execution.

You will join a team of three within the UK&I Cluster Marketing Department, which comprises over 20 members.
