You will develop strong relationships with key customer contacts at all levels of the business to gain an understanding of key business drivers that influence purchasing decisions.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them rethink how they assess, hire, and develop talent, and guiding them from the first conversation through to close and handover.

You will take full ownership of the end-to-end ecommerce journey—from platform management and conversion rate optimisation to performance marketing and customer retention.

You will be the architect of our email marketing, using Klaviyo to build sophisticated lifecycle flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back) that turn one-time buyers into lifelong fans.

You will help manage Field’s tender processes ensuring we achieve the optimal price without compromising on quality of delivery (to schedule).

You will be the key commercial point of contact for our BESS tenders.

You will use this experience to refine our approach for future tenders.

You will be excited by building things from scratch, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and confident enough to challenge ideas when needed.

You will support everything from research and feasibility through to branding, partnerships, marketing, business setup, and day-to-day operational support.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting growth, shaping strategic decision-making, and strengthening financial governance within a complex, regulated financial services environment. Please note that this is an onsite role that will require you to work within our London office (near Liverpool street) 5 days on site per week.

You will be responsible for carrying out financial crime investigations across Banking,Markets and the International Corporate Bank and ensuring the bank meets regulatory expectations and internal standards while enabling sustainable business growth.
