You will shape tailored sales strategies aligned to market conditions, asset performance and buyer demand, overseeing the preparation of high-quality sales materials, data rooms and investor presentations.

You will have an established investor network, ideally across London and the wider UK, and be confident operating at pace in a commercially focused, performance-driven environment.

You will own the full sales cycle, develop outbound and inbound campaigns, and establish the foundations for a future sales and marketing team. The role is fully remote, with occasional travel required for conferences and industry events. Key Responsibilities - Own the full sales cycle from inbound interest through to close

You will ideally bring: - Senior leadership experience within sales in the retail supply chain, book industry, gift/homewares sector, or a B2B wholesale environment - A genuine interest in retail and a curiosity about what makes a great retailer - A strong understanding of business‐to‐business marketing and its relationship with sales

You will work alongside the HoD Private Markets Asset Management and HoD Wholesale Buyside Policy.

You should declare any potential conflict of interest as early as possible in the selection process, and also disclose information or personal connections that, if appointed, might be open to misperception.
