You will act as a servant leader and facilitator, ensuring Agile principles are embedded across technical and functional workflows. This role requires strong technical awareness of authentication systems and functional understanding of business priorities, while collaborating closely with Technical Delivery Managers who own the release process.

You will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and integrity of high‑quality, compliant master data across multiple countries.

You will also lead/develop a team of data specialists (6 to 8 heads), embed a strong data culture across the organisation, manage stakeholder engagement, and support major system and process change.
