You will be part of our people team ensuring that we support out line managers with their people issues and KPI people targets are met or exceeded.

You must have an understanding of Employment Law, GDPR, and ideally have CIPD accreditation or be working toward this.

You should possess sound interpersonal skills including communication, self-motivation, accuracy and quality.

You will train as an apprentice, aiming to achieve a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship to work within the site administration team. The role is very much based around being a team player, who has a flexible attitude and is willing to get the job done.

You will oversee the successful delivery of the Millennium programme and associated digital initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and deliver measurable benefits for patients and staff.

You will provide expert leadership to a multidisciplinary informatics team, manage significant budgets and resources, and represent Informatics at senior governance forums.

You will provide compassionate leadership within the finance function and more broadly as a senior leader within BHRUT and the NEL Integrated Care System. They will drive delivery of financial sustainability through an uncompromising focus on value for the benefit of patients and residents.

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
