You will take accountability for delivery across three clear workstreams: Continuous improvement of our in-house Research and Development capability through improvements to our rigs, plant and logging. This covers the T&D Laboratory, Dynos (Powertrain, Transmission, Brake, and Heat Rejection cells), and Materials Laboratory.

You will be required to identify blockers and issues early, suggest potential solutions and enable appropriate corrective action to be considered and taken to protect programme delivery.
