You will have previous supervisory experience in ideally a hospitality setting and will have the skills to motivate a team around you.

You will be eager to learn and have the ability to pick up tasks and learn new skills.

You will be confident to speak with guests and resolve any queries quickly and efficiently.

You will receive supervision and support from the Regional Clinical Director, will have the support of an Assistant Psychologist, and will also provide supervision to the Qualified Psychologists within an inpatient service.

You will be working alongside a multi-disciplinary team comprising Nursing & Care, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy and Dietetic.

You will build strong one-to-one therapeutic relationships, encourage engagement, and empower individuals to achieve improved outcomes and greater independence.

You will manage a designated caseload, completing specialist assessments, planning and implementing interventions, and evaluating outcomes in line with individual care plans.

You will need to be able to provide both NHS and Private services, have excellent communication skills and be empathetic.

You will also be provided with regular feedback and business updates, and opportunities to gain further accreditations for additional services funded by Asda.
