You will initially work alongside the current MD for mentorship. You will perform tasks that are critical to the business. This will suit somebody who already is an Operations Manager, who wants to lead from a strategic stance to enhance the workforce. We are looking for someone from a production, engineering or manufacturing background. An engineering focused degree would be the ideal.
