You will work closely with customers to ensure their machinery is performing at optimal levels, minimizing downtime, and maximizing productivity. What you'll be doing: - Develop maintenance strategies based on contract fleet trends to improve reliability and performance. - Ensure systems are updated with accurate machine population data, ensuring all regional machines report correctly.

You will be assigned a primary instrument or group of products, taking ownership of understanding their design, build, test requirements, process flow, and systems. Working closely with R&D divisions (potentially on a global scale) and key business stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in transforming conceptual designs into cost-effective, high-quality manufacturing outputs.

You will ensure that all projects meet regulatory, quality, and usability requirements while coordinating cross‑functional activities from cradle to grave. This is a hybrid Project/Design Engineering role, and could be a great first step into Project Engineering/Management of an experience Design Engineer.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring operational efficiency, high standards of service delivery and effective use of resources. This is a hands-on management role within a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with Global SHE, Process Safety and Sustainability team, the global TPM team, the BPT Engineering Teams and counsel Plant leadership on trends and developments in area of expertise. This position reports to the Global Director of SHE, Process Safety and Sustainability for BPT.
