You will be ensuring that quality standards are monitored against all projects within Housing Services, identifying failures, accurately diagnosing, specifying orders and monitoring remedial works throughout to completion to foster a culture of service excellence. Qualifications and Experience

You will design and develop assemblies that connect and package power units within F1 cars. Responsibilities include leading the design from concept to production, developing composite surface geometry, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate has experience with composite components, proficiency in 3D CAD (preferably Siemens NX), and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You will act independently from production, leading by example, supporting teams with technical knowledge, and ensuring all units meet required specifications prior to delivery. Key Responsibilities Promote a strong quality and health & safety culture across the site Carry out in-depth quality inspections at all stages of production through to delivery
