You will ensure the highest standards of hygiene and Health & Safety are maintained in the kitchen, while also overseeing the operational control of service points along with maintaining accurate record-keeping, ordering supplies, and counting and recording stock as required.

You will be required to supervise a team of Production Operatives, maintain material levels, support with operations and organise administration. You’ll need to be a great people person to motivate the team and guide them to achieve production deadlines.

You will need to work closely with other departments and make sure production runs smoothly.
