Mechanical Project Manager jobs in Farringdon

You will oversee and deliver a diverse range of mechanical projects across commercial facilities throughout London. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects (typically 6–10 at one time) ranging from £10k to £500k. Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will take full ownership of programme delivery, cost control, site coordination and quality across ventilation-led mechanical packages valued up to £1.5m. Projects typically include supply & extract ductwork, ventilation systems, air handling installations, smoke ventilation and associated builders’ work within commercial and high-end environments.

You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, including design, procurement, installation, logistics, compliance, commissioning, and handover. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Lead the delivery of major London projects within a joint-venture construction environment, ensuring all phases meet time, commercial, and quality targets.

You will have a minimum of three years’ experience in a Project Manager role with a main contractor, delivering mechanical or building services projects within commercial environments. A valid CSCS Card and IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS (or equivalent) certification are required, along with a full UK driving licence.
