You will help to develop monitoring and alerting for AWS deployed platforms and software to support sustained and reliable availability of internal and production systems.

You will be in close collaboration with Backend engineers, Data engineers, CloudOps and Product Owners and Scrum masters. The team is working on a system that monitors and analyses the state of the electrical grid and sends out alerts when faults or power disruptions occur, helping keep the lights on for end consumers.

You will design the next generation of algorithms that assess power assets' health, predict failures, and recommend prescriptive actions for utilities.

You will work closely with domain experts to translate knowledge of electric grid assets operations and diagnostics into algorithms that produce health indexes, risk assessments, and diagnostics.
