You will use your excellent communication and collaboration skills to meet your role targets and the business needs. This is a 3 month fixed term contract with shifts covering weekdays as well as a few weekend days.

You will be confident using technology, able to problem-solve effectively, and comfortable handling challenging conversations, including complaints.

You will take ownership of customer queries and complaints, aiming to resolve issues at first point of contact wherever possible.
