You will hold a Technician qualification - AAP/ FREC 5 or IHCD qualification. Physical fitness is important in this role as there is sometimes a requirement to reach inaccessible patients in a hurry (lots of stairs), manual handling and CPR. Have a warm and caring personality with the ability to connect with people.

You will possess strong numerical, analytical, and presentation skills, (proficiency in both Excel and PowerPoint) – and while comfortable with spreadsheets, charts, and trends; you can use them to make recommendations and tell the story behind the numbers in clear presentations

You will be part of the Customer Outcomes team. Our purpose is to accelerate platform adoption and improve customer outcomes.

You will work with the customer across executive, platform owner, enterprise architects, and development teams during the selling, structuring and implementation of solutions.

You will define and execute our long-range defence strategy, lead cross functional teams across public sector sales, solution specialists, marketing, Inspire Value, enterprise architecture, partners and public affairs, while creating a coherent GTM motion aligned to MOD structures, missions, and priorities.

You will play a leading role in engaging assigned accounts and be responsible for the creation of new business and pipeline across a substantial portion of the ServiceNow sales cycle and methodology.

You will be responsible for planning, validating, and ensuring quality of the overall technical sales efforts in the region and your team will be working with some of the largest customers in the area. This leader will be responsible for developing a team, covering activities for lead generation, technical sales, demos, and proof of concepts.

You will build strategic, long-term relationships with customers, drive adoption, and ensure business outcomes are achieved through personalized guidance, data-driven insights, and continuous collaboration with internal teams. This role combines strategic thinking, customer relationship management, and operational excellence to ensure customers receive the most value from their ServiceNow products.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives, bring industry best practices for common challenges and use cases, map these to ServiceNow Industry Solutions, and help the customer understand the value of ServiceNow compared to competitors.

You will produce new business with a defined set of ServiceNow's largest existing accounts.

You will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and lead virtual teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services, in supporting our most esteemed clients.
