You will assist in all elements of the litigation process, including liaising with HMRC, HMRC's Solicitor's Office and the Courts as necessary, dealing with and managing appeals through the Tribunal and English court system.

You will be actively encouraged to develop your own client relationships and internal networks to facilitate such collaborative working.

You will represent clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and negotiation. With your comprehensive understanding of trust and probate law, you will oversee the successful management of cases while delivering exceptional service to clients.

You will take ownership of a varied private family law caseload, with responsibility from initial instruction through to resolution. Matters will span the full breadth of private family work, including relationship breakdown, finances, children issues, and proactive family planning agreements.

You must be registered with Social Work England (Cafcass reimburses costs of this annual cost) - You'll have demonstrable, relevant experience of working with children and families in a social work setting, - Experience in Family Court proceedings and understanding of Private and/or Public Law would be an advantage
