You will lead, supervise, and develop the care team, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred care at all times.

You will play a key role in pre-admission assessments, maintaining care plans and daily records, overseeing medication management, and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.

You will have day-to-day responsibility for a large bedded service supported by a fully staffed team This position is particularly well suited to an established Deputy Manager or Registered Manager who is confident working with physical disabilities and acquired brain injuries and is ready to step into full service accountability.

You will build meaningful relationships with the individuals we support, your care team and your branch support teams; promoting our company values, which are at the heart of everything we do. Due to the nature of this role, good communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

You will be an effective communicator, liaising with the residents' families and external organisations.

You will model best practices and support staff in consistently applying the PBS approach in their daily work. Key Responsibilities:Support the Care Home Manager and take charge in their absence.

You will develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance policies and procedures to ensurepliance with industry standards and regulations, lead the QA team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to quality protocols.

You will be responsible for managing staff, budgets, health and safety, and liaising with external contractors. The role requires strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a commitment to delivering high standards across the park.

You will be the first point of contact for contractors and need to have strong communication skills with both internal staff and external agencies.
