You will work closely with UFU Groups, Group Managers, farming members, and corporate and affinity partners to drive recruitment, retention and engagement. Key areas of responsibility include: - Supporting UFU Groups with membership recruitment and retention activity. - Promoting student membership and organising events for student members.

You will be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview. What you'll be doing You’ll be highly analytical and collaborative, working with internal teams and external partners to optimise and grow financial and strategic impact.
