You will be working 23 hours per week at Ann House, a service for all gender identities who have a Learning Disability or who are Autistic, or may have additional complex physical on Mental Health needs.

You will prepare, risk assess and implement a range of activities as well as contribute to gathering assessment information.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating a successful activities and volunteer programme within the Cinnamon Home.

You will introduce appropriate activities for our residents which support independence and identify activities in the surrounding areas that will assist our residents to integrate into the local community.
