mental wellbeing practitioner jobs in Suffolk

You will assess service users' suitability for evidence-based interventions and deliver a wide range of Step 2 psychological therapies, both on a one-to-one basis and through therapeutic groups. You will not be responsible for making diagnoses. Instead, you will complete structured assessments and detailed clinical reports that are presented to a multidisciplinary team, where final diagnostic decisions are made by senior clinicians (e.g. consultant psychologists or psychiatrists).

You will be part of our multi-disciplinary team whose vision and goals are to provide the best possible care and outcomes for the young people and their families that we work with. Making sure we deliver a high quality of care is of paramount importance to our service.

You will be working as part of a team to promote personalisation, independence, wellbeing and choice to adults and to carry out asset-based assessments /reviews.

You will need experience of creating reablement plans in line with a sign of safety solution focused approach and have an understanding of The Care Act 2014, albeit training will be provided.
