You will be responsible for building prototype units, assembling mechanical and electronic components, setting up and running validation tests, and producing clear test documentation and reports. In addition, the role includes responsibility for test equipment calibration and maintenance, ensuring all equipment remains compliant, traceable and fit for purpose.

You will be accountable for several established and newer customers and be the ‘go to’ person for any queries or issues around the customers data and energy meters.

You will be building strong relationships with the customers via Teams and face to face meetings, also communicating over the phone and via email.

You will play an important part in supporting the smooth running of network and meter assets, keeping data accurate, and helping customers and colleagues with day-to-day queries.

You will: Keep asset and meter information up to date across our systems. Check reports and data to make sure everything is accurate.
