You will play a financial support role helping ensure accurate reporting, strong governance, and effective delivery. - Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness - Analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances, trends, and risks

You will be based 1 day a week in the Maidstone office, or you can be based in the London office in the City and the rest working from home.

You will be a recently qualified accountant (ideally ACA from the Big 4) with strong Financial Modelling, Business Partnering & Analysis skills.

You will work closely with senior finance leaders and operational teams, delivering insightful analysis and robust management information. The work is a blend of recurring reporting and bespoke, value-adding analysis, with visibility across performance, forecasting and strategic planning.

You will ideally have advanced Excel skills (Power Query, VBA, formulas) and Power BI expertise, or experience with a recognised cloud based ERP system. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are non-negotiable however, along with a passion for data integrity and continuous improvement.
