You will need to have a recognised higher-level qualification in a STEM subject, or industry experience in a similar role (Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering etc.). Knowledge of Quality standards and/or Process development techniques (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean-manufacturing). Experience managing or leading projects comprised of small teams and/or diverse stakeholders.

You will be working with six people from principals to apprentices, liaising with operational managers, heads of departments as well as the Health & Safety teams. This role offers exposure to the Wider Control Damage Hazards team whilst individually being given the opportunity for professional growth within the function.

You will report to the Principal Process Engineer and be located at Westlakes or Springfields. Key Responsibilities: Production of Process drawings: Process Flow Diagrams and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams/Engineering Flow Diagrams.
