You will produce drawings, facilitate discussions, communicate complex technical issues, and prepare civil/structural design estimates and work plan. Your recommendations will ensure designs and work plans are in accordance with project scope, schedule, budget, regulations, and standards.

You will be responsible for appointing appropriate consultants, agreeing fees in-line with budgets, liaising with statutory authorities, and ensuring that design sits within budget. Duties and responsibilities: - Advise the Land & Planning department on the technical viability of new sites.

You will be expected to work on design projects involving concrete and steel mainly.

You will also be required to work on site investigation and evaluate design proposals.

You will be provided with support to meet the project commitments. You would be expected to start to work autonomously after completing few supervised tasks.

You will be involved in the entire data chain, from data ingestion to its use by data science teams and AI systems in production within a human-sized and multidisciplinary team.
