We currently have a position available for a Cleaning Operative at GB Rail March , Down Yard, Station Road , March , PE15 8SQ Hours Tuesday 10am-12pm Thursday 10am-12pm Pay Rate £16.00 General cleaning to include (but not restricted to): Clean and maintain communal areas as directed Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors Empty bins and ensure proper disposal of waste Replenishment of supplies and material...

You will work 20 hours per week and receive attractive renumeration of just over £300 gross per week on a part time basis!

You will work as part of a team or on your own depending on your job allocation and duties may involve working at heights, confined spaces, cold and warm environment, ensuring you comply with Company Policies and Procedures, Health & Safety and Food Safety rules at all times.

You will ensure access is maintained, report repairs, fly tipping, graffiti, and raise any safeguarding concerns. What We Are Looking For We are a customer-first organisation, and we believe that the manner in which we work is equally important as the outcomes we deliver.

You will be expected to demonstrate: - Proven experience in grounds maintenance across a range of sites and garden types

You will have valuable experience in managing area managers, key accounts, setting up new contracts and be part of the management team planning the direction of the business, preferably with a track record form one of the existing suppliers of soft services, such as, OCS or Mitie, or Servest etc.

You will be passionate about maintaining high standards of cleaning to ensure a safe and pleasant environment.

You will develop a strong understanding of the areas to be cleaned, the required cleaning schedules, and the correct use of all cleaning equipment and chemicals on the premises, while strictly following Health and Safety requirements.

You will be required to work effectively as part of a team, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently using your own initiative.

You will have regular weekday shifts that fit perfectly around your day.
