You will also need proven leadership experience, with a demonstrated track record in a supervisory or management position. You will ensure efficient and compliant daily operations, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has a qualification in Mechanical Engineering and proven leadership experience in the waste processing industry. You will be travelling within a designated area and have use of a fully equipped van.
